Design Support is an optional creative service for customers who need help preparing artwork for their print order. We offer two levels of support to suit your needs:

Basic Layout ($15–$25)

Perfect if you have:

  • A logo and text
  • A reference or idea
  • No existing print-ready file

What you get:

  • Simple arrangement of logo + text
  • Font styling + layout balancing
  • 1 design draft + 1 revision
  • Delivered in print-ready PDF

🎨 Full Custom Design ($35–$60+)

Ideal if you want a bespoke, high-quality design:

  • Original layout with visuals & icons
  • Brand adaptation or creative styling
  • 2 concepts + 1 revision round
  • Output in print-ready PDF
  • Optional source files (.AI/.PSD) for +$10–$15

  • Basic Layout: 1–2 working days
  • Full Custom Design: 2–4 working days
  • Revision: 1 working day (after request)

📝 Terms of Service

  • By purchasing Design Support, you agree to provide:
    • Clear instructions
    • All required assets (logos, text, reference images)
  • Design is considered approved once you give written confirmation or request print
  • We do not print until the design is confirmed
  • Refunds are not applicable after design work has started
  • Final designs are delivered in print-ready PDF; editable source files are add-on only
  • We reserve the right to reuse unapproved or unused concepts for portfolio or sample display
