🎨 Download & Submission Guide
To ensure the best print quality and avoid any delays, please download the correct template for the product you’ve purchased and use it to prepare your artwork before submission.
✅ How to Use the Templates
- Download the ZIP file for your product (see list below).
- Unzip the folder to access the template files.
- Open the template in Adobe Illustrator (AI format), CorelDRAW, or compatible design software.
- Design your artwork within the safe area and follow all bleed/margin guidelines indicated in the file.
- Save/export your final artwork as a high-resolution PDF or AI file.
📤 Submitting Your Artwork
After designing your artwork using the correct template, submit your file using the following method:
- 💾 Upload to Google Drive / Dropbox / WeTransfer
- 📧 Email the download link to: artwork@thebusinessheroes.com

| Bleed area | 3mm on all sides (unless noted) |
| Fonts | Outlined or embedded |
| Colors | CMYK format (not RGB) |
| File naming | Include your Order ID in filename (e.g., ORDER1234-business-cards.pdf) |

- If you need help editing the template or don’t have access to design software, we can assist you for a small artwork setup fee. Email us for support.
- Make sure your artwork matches the exact size and layout of the template to avoid resizing issues.
