1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Business Heroes®, the brand and company operating the website thebusinessheroes.com.
  • “You”, “Customer”, “User” refers to any person or entity who visits, interacts with, or makes a purchase on our website.

2. Scope of Services

Business Heroes® provides:

  • Digital Products (e.g. templates, artwork files)
  • Virtual Services (e.g. branding, marketing, SEO)
  • Memberships and Subscriptions
  • Online Courses and Educational Materials
  • Print fulfillment via third-party suppliers
  • Content marketing and consulting services

All products and services are non-physical unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via approved methods (e.g. PayNow, Stripe, Credit/Debit).
  • For service-based orders, a briefing form will be sent via email after successful payment.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment and receipt of all required materials (e.g. artwork, content, assets).
  • Business Heroes® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to non-compliance or technical errors.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

  • Delivery timelines vary by product and are stated on each product/service page.
  • Virtual products will be delivered by email or via Google Drive/Dropbox link.
  • Printed products will be fulfilled via third-party vendors. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or printing partners.
  • Turnaround time begins only after full content/assets are submitted by you.

5. Revisions & Edits

  • Services such as branding or content include one (1) revision round unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional revisions are subject to additional fees and revised timelines.
  • Revisions must be requested within 5 working days of delivery.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods and virtual services:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • If you cancel an order before work begins, a partial refund (minus admin/processing fees) may be considered.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused membership time or incomplete courses once access has been granted.

7. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships may include access to exclusive content, downloads, discounts, or courses.
  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on the selected cycle (e.g. monthly/yearly).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Business Heroes® reserves the right to terminate memberships for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

8. Courses & Educational Products

  • All course content is licensed for individual use only.
  • Redistribution, resale, or public broadcasting of any course material is strictly prohibited.
  • Business Heroes® retains full copyright of all materials.
  • Access to courses may be limited to a specific time window unless lifetime access is explicitly included.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, branding, designs, templates, and content produced by Business Heroes® remain our intellectual property unless full rights transfer is agreed in writing.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables for your business or personal brand.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Business Heroes® shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. increase in traffic, leads, or sales) from marketing or branding work.
  • All services are delivered on a best-effort, professional basis in line with agreed scope.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information. By using our services, you agree to the data handling practices outlined there.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
