We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a physical item you’ve received, here’s how we handle returns:
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Only physical products shipped within Singapore
- Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Damaged items due to misuse or wear and tear
- Clearance or promotional items marked final sale
- Items returned without prior approval
🔄 Exchange Policy:
- If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are only offered for the same item.
🚚 Return Process:
- Email us at returns@thebusinessheroes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide a return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🌐 Digital Products & Online Services
Due to the nature of digital content and virtual services, all sales are final for the following:
- eBooks
- Online courses or modules
- Memberships and subscriptions
- Webinars, consultations, and coaching sessions
- Downloadable templates or files
We do not offer refunds for digital products once accessed or delivered.
💳 Refunds (If applicable)
Once your returned physical item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
- It may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund
