We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a physical item you’ve received, here’s how we handle returns:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Only physical products shipped within Singapore
  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged items due to misuse or wear and tear
  • Clearance or promotional items marked final sale
  • Items returned without prior approval

🔄 Exchange Policy:

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are only offered for the same item.

🚚 Return Process:

  1. Email us at returns@thebusinessheroes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🌐 Digital Products & Online Services

Due to the nature of digital content and virtual services, all sales are final for the following:

  • eBooks
  • Online courses or modules
  • Memberships and subscriptions
  • Webinars, consultations, and coaching sessions
  • Downloadable templates or files

We do not offer refunds for digital products once accessed or delivered.


💳 Refunds (If applicable)

Once your returned physical item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
  • It may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund
